๐ถ๏ธ What do change initiatives and chili cookoffs have in common? I think a lot. Here are some notable similarities: Some people want to stick with traditional recipes; donโt mess with what works. Others love to innovate. Anything goes. Some people are open to different seasonings and spices. Some don't like the heat. Some options are crowd-pleasers. Some won't get touched because they look or sound too weird. Some people want to win. Some get offended. Some are just happy to be there. Change (and chili preference) is personal. Everyone brings their own expectations and tolerance level. As change leaders, our role is to create an environment where every contribution is welcomed and curiosity is encouraged. People don't need to love every chili or every change, but they might be surprised by what they're willing to try in the right setting.
