This month has thrown me more than a few curveballs. I’ve been distracted and out of routine. If you’re like me, that can feel very frustrating.

As someone who thrives on structure, I’ve learned that frustration doesn’t help. It only adds stress and amplifies disappointment.

Instead, I pause, find something to be grateful for, and remind myself that resilience matters more than perfection. Then, I give myself the grace and time to get back on track.

Here are my top tips for jumping back in:
✨ Start small – One habit, one task, one win.
🧭 Revisit your “why” – Remind yourself what motivates you.
📅 Plan light – Don’t overload your first few days back.
🤝 Get help – Ask for support or a little encouragement.
💬 Be kind to yourself – Progress > perfection.

Life happens. Routines break. What matters most is how we choose to restart.

What do you normally do to get back on track?
